Lilleoru

Lilleoru is where I do the majority of my teaching. The Lilleoru center is located in Aruvalla, about a 25-minute drive from Tallinn, Estonia’s capital. Lilleoru has grown steadily since its inception in 1993. The center’s foundational teaching of Practical Consciousness (previously Art of Conscious Change), was established here.

Teachings at Lilleoru are based on the 18 Tamil Siddhar lineage as well as Babaji’s Kriya Yoga. Every year, as part of the deeper training curriculum, I offer Babaji’s Kriya Yoga initiations at Lilleoru. We also hold Vedic fire ceremonies and are working to expand the sacred shrine at the Flower of Life Park as well as the Temple Forest. We’ve studied and practiced teachings from multiple traditions at Lilleoru, all of which are based on living from awareness and taking conscious action.
